Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

We use the information we collect for purposes such as,

• Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacements

If you prefer, we can replace defective or incorrect items instead of issuing a refund (subject to stock availability).

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible—you may request a return after delivery.
